Notes
- Charge-on-failure-safe. Payment only settles when the service returns HTTP 2xx with non-empty content. If the call fails, you are not charged. This is enforced at the SDK level across all 16 services (fleet rebuilt 2026-05-07).
- No accounts. x402 is account-less. Your wallet signs the payment header; the service verifies and retries automatically. No registration required.
- USDC on Base only. Coinbase's Base L2. Fast finality (~2 seconds), low gas costs. USDC is the only accepted currency.
- Bulk pricing. If you're running high volume (>10,000 calls/month), email sean@melis.ai — internal keys are issued for trusted callers, which bypass the 402 flow and enable monthly invoicing.
- Settlement wallets. 13 core microservices pay to 0x1C68…B3bC . Molt Swarm services (Web Synthesise, Screenshot, PDF Render) pay to 0x61F2…AfFf5 .
